Brain Bucket

Terms of Use

For Brain Bucket: Catch & Think (com.aidribblers.brainbucket) · Last updated

Brain Bucket is a free game with no account and no purchases, so there is very little to agree to. These terms are short on purpose.

1. The agreement

By installing or playing Brain Bucket (“the game”), you agree to these terms. They are between you and AI Dribblers (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game is distributed through Google Play, and Google Play’s terms of service also apply to downloading it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You may not: copy, modify or make derivative works of the game; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law expressly allows this despite this term; sell, rent, redistribute or sublicense it; remove any notices from it; use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with how it works, including how ads are shown or rewarded; or use it in any way that breaks the law.

3. Coins, items and progress

Coins, stars, bucket skins, trails, outfits, trophies and all other in-game items are part of the game, not property. They cannot be bought with or exchanged for money, have no cash value, and may be changed, rebalanced or removed in an update. The game has no in-app purchases.

Your progress is saved only on your device. We keep no copy, and it is not included in Android device backups, so we cannot restore it if the device is lost or reset, or if the app is uninstalled or its storage cleared.

4. Advertising

The game is free because it shows ads served by Google AdMob. Rewarded videos are always optional, and the game tells you what you will get before you choose to watch one. A reward is only given when the ad reports that it was watched to the end. What Google collects to show ads is described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not choose the individual ads Google serves. If you see one that is inappropriate or misleading, send us a screenshot at support@aidribblers.com and we will report it.

5. Intellectual property

The game — its artwork, characters, music, sounds, level designs, name and logo — belongs to AI Dribblers and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Third-party components are used under their own licences, including the Godot Engine (MIT licence), the Poing Studios AdMob plugin for Godot (MIT licence) and the Lilita One typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1).

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the game, or any part of it, at any time. We try to keep saved progress working across updates but cannot guarantee it for every future version, or that the game will run on every device.

7. No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Dribblers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or goodwill, arising from your use of the game. Because the game is free, where our liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

9. Ending this agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
